New Orleans Nut Company started as a multi-unit kiosk operation in shopping centers in the New Orleans area, marketing a variety of glazed and roasted nuts.  Due to the impact of Hurricane Katrina, our company began marketing its products in state fairs, festivals, and special events in Louisiana and the southeast U.S.
